- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Went in to purchase £20 gift card. Three assistants, all at the till area, not one acknowledged me. Only one customer in front of me. When one spoke to me directly, I said I thought I had become invisible, but received no apology for the wait. I was then taken to a till at the back of the shop to purchase a card but when I saw it, it was for a child not an adult which I required. I was told well it is only a general gift card. I left the shop without completing the purchase. Very unhelpful, and very disappointing.By Admin, September 22, 2017
